An account is not required complete a purchase. Guests benefit from our simple, secure, seamless and fast checkout process. Fill in your billing and shipping info, checkout and pay securly, and receive order and shipping confirmation by Email.

Status sends you an Email to confirm the status of your order post checkout, and another with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping is available domestically (U.S.A and U.S APO/FPO) and internationally (select countries). Shipping rates are calculated based on delivery address and country of destination entered.

  • Processing takes 1 to 5 business days

  • Deliveries take 1 to 10 business days

We accept payments from all major credit cards including:

  • MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover

Orders with payments made by credit card are billed when shipped. Credit card transactions are securely handled by Stripe Payments.

The checkout process on is fully secured and protected by an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Certificate with 256-bit encryption between your web browser and our web servers to ensure all personal information can be transmitted over the Internet securely.

  • Splitting payments is not supported
  • POs, cash or checks are not accepted


StayHooked releases new apparel styles and accessories in limited edition batches, depending on the season. Items are available on a first come and first serve basis.

In most case, when it's gone, we make room for something new. In certain cases, an item may brought back, and may be available as a backorder purchase.

  • Backordering is available for some items
  • Backordered items are shipped as available
  • Payment is not charged until the item ships

Some items may be limited to a maximum of 1 or 2 of the same item to be purchased in a single order.

Cancel an Order

If a purchase is made by mistake and the order hasn't shipped yet, follow these steps to cancel an order:

  • Find the order confirmation number (Email)
  • Locate cancel link at the bottom (Email)
  • Contact customer service for help

If the order is still pending, it can be canceled. If the order is in processing or shipped, it can no longer be canceled (see return policy).


Purchases can be returned within 7 days of receipt (restrictions apply). If it's our mistake, we'll cover return shipping costs. The item must be unworn, unwashed and remain in its original packaging. For items that have been opened / worn, return requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

To initiate a return, Email Customer Service to make a request. You will be provided with additional details when your request is received.


Customers are eligible for exchanges or store credit if a claim is made within 7 days of receipt. We understand certain situations are uncontrollable, therefore we reserve the right to offer refunds on a case by case basis for sizing or manufacturing defects. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
